Latinos are the largest and fastest growing racial and ethnic group in the United States. According to the U.S. Census, approximately 49.9 percent of children in the U.S. are currently part of a minority group. Yet, Latinos have the lowest education attainment levels.
“Our country was built on and continues to thrive on its diversity, and there is no doubt that the future of the United States is inextricably linked to the future of the Hispanic community.” – President Barack Obama
To turn this around, we must all ban together, support education initiatives and our children. This is why we are thrilled to announce our partnership with Univision to support their education week #EsElMomento activities! Together with the Univision team, we strongly believe that education is the key to the success of future generations. Throughout the week we’ll be sharing videos and information about #EsElMomento and encouraging you to share as well. Join us!
This is part of a media campaign with Univision, however all opinions expressed are our own.
