I was super psyched to interview the super-cool-teen, Callie Reiff, a week ago in New York City because not only was going to be the first time I’ll be meeting someone who has appeared in Vogue (!!), but also because I was curious to know more about the girl who was deemed by The New York Post as “The Queen of Tween.”

And boy I wasn’t disappointed!

My 16 minute interview flew by as a breeze with all the questions I had for this former ballerina from the NYC Ballet who is currently a triple threat – DJ/Producer, Fashion Blogger & Model – and yes…she’s ONLY 15yrs old. Phew!

We talked about her start in the limelight as a model (discovered in a festival at age 7), her inspiration to start her super-hip fashion blog, Callie Street Chic (her friends pushed her to do so at 13), and her passion for playing and creating electronic music (she secretly took DJing lessons until she was ready to go public).

As her Instagram bio says, “Everything boys do, I do better,” this girly girl proves that you can do whatever you want, as long as you follow your heart and work hard.

This teen entrepreneur & mini fashion mogul is half-Latina (her mother is Argentinean), always travels as a model with one of her parents, and is planning her own fashion line, which by her track record, I’m sure she’ll accomplish before she can get her drivers licence.

A true Manhattan girl, Callie is a true inspiration to pursue your dreams and express your creativity in the way that feels most inspiring and true TO YOU….while at the same time getting good grades (she does home schooling) and staying down-to-earth (she’s very sweet and humble).

In addition to her blog (updated daily), you can also read her on Teen Vogue, get a peek behind-the-scenes through her Instagram (she has over 10k followers!), her music mixes music in Sound Cloud and her witty, funny updates in Twitter.

I’m already a fan and look forward to keep tabs on her fashion, music & blogging career.

Hope you enjoy the video and PLEASE tell me what you think, any questions you have for her (I’ll do my best to get them answered) and share ways she inspires you to also express your creativity.
