Additionally, when having problems with acne, you shouldn’t dry out your skin, since it will start producing more oil and your acne will be even more painful. Other enemies to your skin are tanning, pore stripes and inefficient face wipes that might leave residue on your skin.

Furthermore, anti-aging and anti-wrinkle products shouldn’t be on your list! Steer clear of these products – your skin is young and doesn’t need them. Finally, be careful with “natural” skin products and makeup and buy only the reliable and certified ones.
Firstly, try to be objective when it comes to your skin and don’t panic about a pimple that will vanish in a day or two. Once you’ve evaluated your skin and your needs, you can start building your makeup collection. Depending on your skin type, you can choose different kinds of foundation of light, medium and full coverage.
If you have oily skin, you should try out a matte finish. You’re probably familiar with contouring, but you shouldn’t go with it, at least not for now. Instead, you can try out a light pink blush to create a natural look. Eyeshadow is an essential part of any makeup collection and you’ll probably have fun experimenting with different colours.
However, you should try to keep it simple – neutral hues are more appropriate for your age, especially during the day. Where there’s eyeshadow, there are eyeliner and mascara, as well. The key here is to be moderate!
You don’t need two dark circles around your eyes. For a balanced look, you can even skip the eyeliner and opt for brown mascara. As for your lips, a glossy or creamy, neutral lipstick is a great option to begin with. Remember that it’s better to invest in high quality products in order to keep your skin healthy.
